Job description

You are responsible for managing the OEM’s in The Netherlands and Germany. Furthermore you deal with the business in Belgium (distributor) and Austria (agent). You get the full responsibility of your own customers. Your main goals are to build and maintain professional relationships with current and potential OEM’s in order to become a “trusted advisor”, increase sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

In this position you report directly to Ishida’s general managers in The Netherlands and Germany.
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding existing relationships within your region
  • Close collaboration with your colleagues in Germany and the Netherlands
  • Prepare a salesplan for your business
  • Introduce, promote and sell the products from the portfolio within the region
  • Visiting and maintaining contacts with (potential) customers on a very frequent basis and build strong relationships with them.
  • Making quotations, taking into account the wishes of the customer, Ishida’s sales tactic and the delivery and payment terms.

Functie-eisen

Background

  • At least HBO (technical and/or commercial)
  • Proven sales experience and negotiation skills regarding B2B products and services to OEMs in the food equipment industry.
  • You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with the ins and outs of Ishida’s products
  • Ambitious, result-oriented, customers & colleagues trust you
  • You are down to earth and you have a pragmatic way of approaching your job and its tasks
  • You have a perfect command of the English, German and Dutch language. French is a plus
  • Analytical mind-set, self-motivated and negotiations skills
  • As a person, you are emphatic, energetic and sharp, result driven, independent and you have an entrepreneurial mindset
