About CPSCase Packing Systems (CPS) is a leading developer and manufacturer of fully automated case packing solutions, primarily serving the food packaging industry. Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Stamproy, the Netherlands, CPS (100 fte’s) specializes in high-speed, efficient systems for packing flexible bags, MAP trays and flowpacks into various formats such as RSC boxes, trays, crates and pallet boxes.
Their solutions significantly improve customers’ packaging processes by reducing material usage and costs while ensuring compact, shelf-ready packaging. CPS operates globally, with Europe, US and Australia as its main markets and employs approximately 90 professionals.
Since May 2021, CPS has been part of the XANO group, a Swedish listed company. Within the Industrial Solutions business unit this strengthens their ability to innovate and provide sustainable, digitalized packaging systems, including line integration, efficiency monitoring, preventive maintenance and remote support services.

Functie-omschrijving
CPS is looking for a Managing Director to lead the company towards profitable growth, driving productization, servitization, and digitalization. You will take full responsibility for operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable value creation while strengthening key customer relationships in existing and emerging markets.Your Mission
· Responsible for managing a company of approx. 100 employees.
· Lead strategic execution: move from Engineer-to-Order to Configure-to-Order and build a proactive service organization
· Ensure operational excellence: optimize processes, secure EBIT targets, and maintain financial discipline
· Drive innovation & sustainability: implement digital platforms, circular business models, and CO₂ reduction initiatives
· Develop the market: strengthen key accounts and expand CPS internationally, including emerging markets
· Build the team: develop leadership and create a resilient, high-performing organization
Achtergrond
The Managing Director is a decisive leader who, together with the management team, guides CPS into its next phase of development while holding final responsibility for CPS’s commercial activities. In addition, the successful candidate will meet the following requirements:· Broad experience in industrial automation, packaging or manufacturing
