Job description
As a Sales Manager, you’ll manage the ‘Analyser Systems’ and ‘LNG’ product lines, working hands-on to understand, analyze, develop, and expand these market segments.You will work closely with fellow Sales Managers, exchanging knowledge, nurturing partnerships, and finding innovative growth paths. This role involves visits to (potential) clients, trade fairs, and maintaining strong relationships with technical and commercial partners, aligning with 360°KAS’s commitment to long-term client relationships. Collaboration with internal teams (such as Engineering and Service) is crucial to offer the best commercial and technical solutions for customers.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Expanding relationships with (potential) partners to grow revenue
- Client and partner meetings, trade fair attendance, and network development
- Leading the sales process as the primary contact throughout
- Introducing, promoting, and selling the 360°KAS portfolio
- Working with Engineering to prepare proposals that meet customer needs
- Staying informed about customer, partner, and market developments
- Developing a valuable sales pipeline for insight and analysis in CRM
- Expanding the agent network in direct contact with end clients
- Reporting to the Sales Director
Background
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in a technical field preferred
- Experience in an international sales role in a technical project environment
- Technical know-how to understand 360°KAS technologies, and the ability to translate complex technical and logistical details into clear solutions for clients
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and creative problem-solving abilities
- Driven, hands-on, with patience and a collaborative mindset
- Service-oriented, consultative selling skills, and a talent for aligning client needs with 360°KAS solutions
- Comfortable with travel (25-30%) across the Benelux, Ruhr region, Middle East (Oman, Qatar, UAE), and parts of Asia
- Fluent in Dutch and English
